Te Moata registration details

REGISTRATION

To register please send:

1. Name, address, phone no, e-mail and details of any special dietary requirements.

2. Name and details of the retreat.

3. Your registration fee.

4. If paying via internet ASB 12-3044-0422743-00, please include your name & course. Please

also email Te Moata to let us know the details in 1& 2 above.

YOUR REGISTRATION IS REFUNDABLE (less $10 admin fee) OR TRANSFERABLE UP TO TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE RETREAT BEGINS . PLEASE REGISTER EARLY (NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE THE RETREAT IS DUE TO START).

CHARGES 1. MEDITATION RETREATS

Te Moata’s fee is a combination of a registration charge (based on a minimum daily rate)

plus Dana ( for the retreat, teacher’s travel expenses and Te Moata ongoing costs.)

The teacher’s fee is not set and consists entirely of Dana.

Dana is an integral part of Buddhist practice inviting each individual to develop their own capacity to be generous according to their means.

2. COMMUNITY EVENTS/FAMILY FESTIVALS

The 2 Family Festivals have a lower registration fee. Participants are asked to bring food to share and to offer additional financial support in the form of Dana to the teachers and to support the ongoing running of the Centre. Please pay the registration fee when making your booking.

SERVICE Each retreat has free places available for retreat participation combined with serving.

Te Moata is situated six kilometres north of Tairua in 850 acres of

protected native bush. It offers simple accommodation and provides

delicious, healthy vegetarian meals. It is smoke, drug and alcohol free.
